Volunteers

The giving of time is of critical importance to the provision of the Hospice services. There are a wide range of activities that fall outside the realm of the professionals, but which directly or indirectly produce great benefits for patients and their families. From being an annual collector for the Sunflower Day or Church Gate Collections; reading to patients; or providing a few hours each week to help in the Day Care Centre, there are volunteering opportunities that suit everyone. Whilst you will be providing help to others, you will also find you gain a great sense of personal satisfaction.
